Payment Terms
All orders require full payment at the time of ordering unless by other arrangement on a case by case basis.
Order Cancellation
All our framed prints are made to order and work begins almost immediately. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, however once you receive the order and you still do not wish to keep it, a store credit can be issued upon receipt of the returned item within 1 month of its purchase.
All online orders will be processed after payments have been processed. All online purchase payments are processed online using the 3rd party gateway “Stripe". AAO does not take responsibility for 3rd party credit card fraud but does make every effort to ensure a secure transaction. See www.stripe.com. All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars. A GST Tax of 10% is applied to all products. Prices are inclusive of GST and is not charged on shipping costs.
Payment Types and Security
Online payments with visa debit and other credit cards may be used using our Stripe payment gateway system. Stripe uses AES-256 encryption, is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, and forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL). For more information on Stripe security visit https://stripe.com.
